Refund Policy
We want our customers to be happy with all of our products. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return any unused product in its original packaging with tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process
Request a Return: Please contact us at support@lesonggroup.com with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return. Any return or exchange requests must first be approved by contacting our official support email.
Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items were damaged or shipped to you in error. In such cases, please provide photos of the item and your order number to facilitate prompt handling.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Returns
If you are returning a gift that you didn't purchase, we offer store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellation
Customers can only cancel orders before they are shipped. Once a cancellation request is made, we will process it within 48 hours. If the cancellation is approved, you will receive a refund.
