Where is my package?

If you have your tracking number, visit the carrier's tracking site for the latest status. If it shows delivered but you can't find it, check nearby areas like your apartment office, locker, or with neighbors.

Standard Shipping delivers in 5-7 business days, while Expedited Shipping typically arrives in 2-3 business days. We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam are not included in our shipping coverage.
